A great opportunity to work with Coach Pickering on the fundamental skills of your training in a motivating environment where you and a group of friends may share the suffering.
Note: This is a challenging day of training, therefore a day off from exercise is recommended prior to participation.
Bike – Bring your own trainer – computrainers and laptops may be supplied depending on location and size of group.
Run – Technique, drills, and short run.
Swim – Swim with coach. Focusing on stroke analysis / correction, drills, and open water skills.
Gym – Full body aerobic strength workout.
