Work directly with Chris on your personal limiter in a motivating and challenging workout. Choose the focus of the session or let Coach Pickering help you decide. One on Ones may also be used for fitness testing to determine personalized training zones.

Activities include:

Personal Training sessions are typically 60 minutes in duration.
