This is a 7 week program designed to help absolute beginners start running. Targeted towards people who have never run before and those who wish to improve their current fitness.

The clinics will start with a talk and will follow with a walk/run workout. For example a beginner may jog for 2 minutes followed by a 1 minute walk and would repeat that for the duration of the run. You will start with a short 20 minute run and gradually build over the 7 weeks.
